Is this the RV for my family?

IMPORTANT RENTAL TRAILER INFORMATION

 

  • ​8.5% New Hampshire State Lodging Tax will be applied to all stays.

  • There is a 2-Night minimum from May thru October, and a 3-Night minimum for holidays.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for Rental Trailers. Any reservation of 2 nights must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

  • No refunds will be given for canceled reservations on any Rental Trailers.

  • Check-in time is 4:00pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire at the office for availability. At the time of check-in, a security deposit of $150 will be due. You may pay your security deposit with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or cash. NO CHECKS are accepted at time of arrival. No prepaid Gift Cards will be accepted.

  • Checkout time is 11:00am. Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout after inspection and approval of the Rental Trailer.

  • NO PETS are allowed in Rental Trailers or on the site of a Rental Trailer (Tampering with NO PET signs is PROHIBITED)

  • NO SMOKING in any Rental Trailers at any time.

  • Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products. Only RV toilet paper may be used in these toilets.

  • Bedding

  • Camping Chairs

  • Hotspot - If streaming you may want more speed.

  • Firestick/Roku - Non Smart TVs with HDMI hookup capabilities & DVD players

What to keep at home

  • Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED

  • Toilet Paper

  • Paper Towels
